How many amenities does Masteri Cosmo Central have?
29 on-site amenities at CT4 (23 outdoor and 6 in the pool area), plus indoor facilities such as a business lounge, gym, co-working space and library. NEXUS has its own list including a Teen club, Kid playroom and Yoga room.
Is there a separate pool for children?
CT4 has a family pool; NEXUS has a children’s pool and a heated pool.
Are pets allowed?
The CT4 amenity list includes a premium pet park. Rules on keeping pets in apartments will follow the building regulations once it is in operation.
Who manages the property?
The Global City is operated and managed by Masterise Property Management, according to the developer’s documents.
