Masteri Cosmo Central NEXUS zone – CT3
NEXUS is the commercial name of the CT3 zone — Towers A, B1 and B2 of Masteri Cosmo Central, next to CT4 in the CT34 cluster between the office district and The Global City’s retail spine. NEXUS was launched after CT4 but has an earlier expected handover.

No. NEXUS is the commercial name of the CT3 zone of Masteri Cosmo Central (legal name: apartment building with commercial services CT3 – Towers A, B1, B2, Saigon Binh An Urban Area Project).
When will NEXUS be handed over?
Expected in Q2/2028 according to the developer’s training documents; SPA (sale and purchase agreement) signing is expected in 01/2027.
Should I choose NEXUS or CT4?
NEXUS has richer indoor amenities (Teen club, Kid playroom, Yoga room) and 4BR units of up to 181.4 m²; CT4 has 29 on-site amenities (23 outdoor + 6 in the pool area) including a kayak dock and a floating canal-side lounge. The choice also depends on the view and the policy at the time of purchase.
Can foreigners buy in NEXUS?
The NEXUS policy has a separate payment option for foreigners (9% discount for early payment under the 08–09/2026 sales policy). The units available to foreigners must be confirmed unit by unit.
