Masteri Cosmo Central master plan: 6 towers & floor plans
Masteri Cosmo Central comprises 6 towers of 19–29 floors in two zones: CT4 and NEXUS – CT3. Each zone has three towers — A, B1 and B2 — on a 3-level retail podium and 2 basement levels, facing the musical water canal.

Typical floor plan of Tower B1 (floors 5–17)
A typical floor of Tower B1 (CT4) has 19 units covering 1BR, 1BR+, 2BR, 2BR+, 3BR and 4BR; the smallest is 47.3 m² and the largest 121.3 m² (gross, wall-centre). The two ends hold 3–4 bedroom units with multiple open sides, while the middle units face the musical canal or the city.
Floor 4 (3A) and the Duplex floors
- Floor 4 (labelled 3A), right above the podium in the three CT4 towers, has only 3–4 bedroom units — for example a 162.4 m² 4BR in CT4 Tower B1; the largest NEXUS 4BR (181.4 m², Tower B1) is also on this floor.
- Duplexes are on floors 18–19 (CT4 Towers A, B1) and floors 16–17 (NEXUS Towers A, B1).
- The location and size of individual Penthouse and Penthouse Duplex units are not yet published in the documents.
Podium and basements
According to the developer’s documents, the project has 3 podium levels and 2 basement levels. The infinity pool, family pool, Jacuzzi and sun deck are shown in the renderings.
